BODY THERAPY
                  for
     YOUNG ATHLETES

They play hard and they hurt more than they let on.

Don't Wait Until an Ache Becomes an Injury.

Young athletes are taught to walk it off. Stretch it out. Keep playing.

But an ache is often the first sign that something isn't moving or functioning the way it should.

That's the time to pay attention.

ACHE → HURTS → INJURY

My goal is to work with the athlete at the ACHE stage — before they're sitting on the sidelines.

What If They Learned to Release the Tension First?

For years, I've used a gentle technique called Positional Release to help the body let go of tension.

Instead of stretching or digging into an already sore area, I gently shorten and compress the tissues into a comfortable, neutral position.

I hold it in this position for about a minute.

And let the body relax.

No forcing. No painful pressure. No “no pain, no gain.”

Once the body is balanced. The patient can instantly feel the difference.

Then I Teach Them How to pay attention to the ache.

After I work on your athlete, I'll show you and your athlete simple ways to care for those problem areas at home.

Because I don't want young athletes learning to ignore what their bodies are telling them.

I want them learning:

“Something aches. I know what to do.”

Experience Matters.

I've spent nearly three decades working with bodies and pain — including work with Miami Dolphins players and Olympic-bound athletes in Park City Utah.

Now I'm bringing that experience to young athletes in Brevard County.
